Florence JALABERT began her IP career in March 2008.

Florence has created the AREOPAGE law firm with Isabelle POUJADE-AURIOL.

In addition to her expertise in the strategy of protecting and defending trademark and design rights, Florence has also developed extensive expertise in alternative dispute resolution procedures for domain name disputes.

She belongs to the Association of Trade Mark and Design Law Practitioners (APRAM), to the Trademark and Geographical Indications Committee, to the Training and Access to the Profession Committee and to the Contracts Committee of the French Organization of Patent & Trademark Attorneys (CNCPI).

Florence is member of the board of examiners for the professional qualification exam in trademark and design matters.

She also belongs to the advisory council of the French Organization of Patent & Trademark Attorneys (CNCPI).
